- charles goodes Added July 14, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I bought a computer here about 5 years ago they ended up taking a month to put it together when they said one week. The motherboard on it had a faulty network adapter Which they refused to replace even though it was under warranty just put a stupid cheap network card in and refused to give me my money back very unprofessional and they do not honour warranty’s.
- Nomad Added July 04, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆THIS PLACE IS A SCAM they claimed that thay have opened up the computer and checked if their was anything wrong when we clearly asked them not to as we knew their wasn’t, and then charged us $97. Then when we went to another shop witch was Mobile Phone Hospital they told us that the screws were still factory sealed ( in other words they didn’t even open the computer up) and on top of this the computer was in worse condition when we collected it at the end as it had a crack right along the screen. When we confronted them they said that it was their the whole time. On top of all of this they said that the repair was going to be all up around $900 but when we went to mobile phone hospital they said they said that they could fix the damage for $400 so this place is a complete scam and I don’t recommend anyone going their.
